Club History

Est. 2009

Entering the AFL in 2012, the Giants were stocked with early draft picks and built rapidly under Kevin Sheedy and then Leon Cameron. The club reached its first Grand Final in 2019 under Cameron but fell to Richmond. Under Adam Kingsley from 2022, the Giants have matured into genuine contenders, combining the firepower of Toby Greene, Jesse Hogan, and Aaron Cadman with the midfield class of Josh Kelly, Tom Green, and Clayton Oliver. Based at Sydney Olympic Park, the Giants continue to build their supporter base in western Sydney.
