Delana is a Greater Western Sydney academy product of Fijian descent, raised in Western Sydney and signed as a category B rookie in the 2024 draft. He had 19 disposals and laid 14 tackles for the Allies in their national championships win over Western Australia, and debuted against Sydney in round eight of 2025. He has played 12 AFL games.
