Taken with pick 1 in the 2022 draft, Cadman kicked 44 majors in 2025 to take the Greater Western Sydney Giants' Rising Star award, a place in the AFLPA's 22Under22 side and the AFL's Mark of the Year. The 195cm forward can play deep or roam further up the ground, and had already lifted from 12 matches as a debutant to 23 the year before. He has played 77 AFL games and kicked 113 goals.
