Drafted in 2017 in the same intake as Cam Rayner, Bailey debuted the following season and has grown into a midfielder-forward who produces in Grand Finals, three goals against Geelong among them. He won the Marcus Ashcroft Medal in 2022 and All-Australian selection in 2025, with premierships in 2024 and 2025. He has played 189 games and kicked 216 goals.
