A leg injury late in 2025 ended Sullivan's season early. The 180cm forward, who also spends time through Collingwood's midfield, was back in full training across the following pre-season. Delisted by Collingwood at the end of the 2026 season, he has played 26 AFL games and kicked 10 goals.
