Hill won the Norm Smith Medal in Collingwood's 2023 premiership, his first season at the club after crossing at the end of 2022. The 175cm forward added Mark of the Year in 2024 and the Gordon Coventry Award as the Magpies' leading goalkicker that same season with 30 goals, and was named in the Indigenous All Stars team in 2025. Delisted by Collingwood at the end of the 2026 season, he has played 102 AFL games and kicked 117 goals.
