A 184cm midfielder taken at pick 11 in 2022 out of the Murray Bushrangers, and a Wodonga Bulldogs junior. Hollands was an under-18 All-Australian in his draft year and posted the equal-fastest 2km time trial at the combine, at 5:54. He won Carlton's Best Young Player award in 2023 and has played 79 games.
