A 194cm Irish defender signed alongside Rob Monahan at the end of 2023, whose arrival in Australia was delayed a year by an ACL injury suffered at the end of his Gaelic season. Officially listed in 2025, Duffy made his VFL debut that May and played 13 games for the reserves. Carlton delisted him at the end of the 2026 season.
