A 189cm midfielder and forward who joined Carlton from Gold Coast ahead of the 2024 season and won the club's Best Young Player award that year. Hollands returned to the list as a supplemental selection period signing before 2026. Brother of Oliver, he is the third generation of his family in the AFL system: his great-grandfather Martin Cross played for Carlton from 1961 to 1963. Delisted by Carlton at the end of the 2026 season, he has played 47 games for 31 goals.
