Caddy won Essendon's Lindsay Griffiths Rising Star award in 2024 and was nominated for the AFL Rising Star twice, in round 22 of that year and round 9 of 2025. The 193cm key forward was named in the 22 Under 22 team in 2025 after a run of form that included a strong showing at the Gabba. He has played 49 AFL games and kicked 75 goals.
