Dunkley won a premiership with the Western Bulldogs in 2016 and added two more after crossing to the Brisbane Lions in 2023. The 191cm contested midfielder took the Merrett-Murray Medal as club champion in 2025, along with the Robert Walls Medal, and now shares the captaincy with Harris Andrews and Hugh McCluggage. He has played 218 games and kicked 84 goals.
