Taken through the academy at pick 12 in the 2022 draft, Fletcher is the son of Adrian, who played 231 games across Brisbane, Geelong, St Kilda and Fremantle. He earned a Rising Star nomination in 2023, then was repositioned to half-back and became a regular in the 2025 premiership side, adding 22under22 selection. He has played 92 games and kicked 23 goals.
