About the Bulldogs

Footscray Bulldogs is the VFL branding used for the Western Bulldogs' reserves, restoring the club's pre-1996 name to its second-tier outfit. The team plays out of Whitten Oval, the Bulldogs' historic Footscray home and training base. The Footscray name carries deep connection to the suburb the AFL side called home for over a century before relocating its administration to the West.
