Taken at pick 2 in the 2021 draft as a father-son selection, Darcy is a third-generation player at the Western Bulldogs through father Luke and grandfather David. The 208cm forward won Mark of the Year in 2025, a season in which he kicked 48 goals from only 17 appearances. He has played 51 AFL games and kicked 101 goals.
