A father-son selection at pick 26 in the 2018 national draft, West made his senior debut for the Western Bulldogs in round 19, 2019. The 183cm forward builds his game on competitiveness at the contest, and his 39 goals in 2025 were a career high. He has played 105 AFL games and kicked 103 goals.
