Baker signed with the Western Bulldogs at the end of 2022, when the supplemental selection period opened, after starting his career at Melbourne. The 184cm runner offers pace and cover across half-back, the wing and the forward line, and holds VFL premiership medals from both 2022 and 2025. Delisted by the Bulldogs at the end of the 2026 season, he has played 57 AFL games and kicked 23 goals.
