The elder of the West Coast Eagles' forward line, Cripps started at St Kilda in 2011 before coming home, and in 2025 became just the 12th player to reach 250 games for the Eagles while topping the club's goalkicking. The 184cm Northampton product is a 2018 premiership player, a club life member and sits sixth on the Eagles' all-time goalkicking list. He retired at the end of the 2026 season, having played 277 AFL games and kicked 339 goals.
