A mature-age pick-up from Werribee via the Albury Tigers, Bice was drafted at 41 in 2024 on the back of a VFL premiership and Team of the Year selection. The 185cm defender then walked straight into the Sydney Swans' Round 1 side in 2025, won the club's Rising Star award and signed on until the end of 2028. He has played 36 AFL games and kicked 4 goals.
