Known as 'The Wizard', the 170cm Watson went to Hawthorn with pick 5 of the 2023 national draft and was an All-Australian by 2026. He lifted from 25 majors as a debutant to 36 in 2025, having collected a Rising Star nomination and the club's Most Promising Player award in 2024. He has played 65 AFL games and kicked 118 goals.
