Built adjacent to the Sydney Showground and opened in 2011, ENGIE Stadium (previously Sydney Showground Stadium and GIANTS Stadium) is the primary home ground of the Greater Western Sydney Giants.

History

The stadium was developed at Sydney Olympic Park specifically to support the AFL's expansion into western Sydney through GWS. Opened for the Royal Easter Show in 2011, the Giants began playing there in 2012 as part of the club's inaugural AFL season. It has gone through several naming-rights deals — Sydney Showground, Spotless Stadium, GIANTS Stadium, and now ENGIE Stadium since 2024.
