A 177cm midfielder-forward taken with pick 31 in the 2024 draft, Dolan reached the Western Bulldogs after a final Sandringham Dragons season interrupted by a meniscus injury. He debuted in round 1, 2025, playing 11 senior matches that year along with Footscray's VFL premiership. He has played 24 AFL games and kicked 6 goals.
