Baker won the John Worsfold Medal as the West Coast Eagles' club champion in his very first season after crossing from Richmond, where he was a dual premiership player. The 173cm Lake Grace product played every game in 2025, led the club for disposals and contested possessions, and now shares the captaincy with Liam Duggan. He has played 171 AFL games and kicked 67 goals.
