The Sydney Swans used pick 26 in the 2024 national draft on Bowman, a Norwood product and South Australian representative whose overhead marking stood out in the under-18 SANFL competition. He has since built his craft in the VFL and is signed with the club until 2027. Wearing the No.23 guernsey, he is yet to play a senior AFL game.
