A premiership player at 22 after coming on as Melbourne's medical substitute in the 2021 Grand Final, Jordon crossed to the Sydney Swans as a free agent at the end of 2023. The 187cm midfielder, drafted at pick 33 in 2018, made his club debut in Opening Round, 2024 against his old side and finished third in Sydney's 2025 best and fairest. He has played 136 AFL games and kicked 41 goals.
