A former Carlton midfielder who earned a Rising Star nomination in 2018, Dow brought his clearance work and pace to Moorabbin in 2024. His 2025 season was wiped out by injury, an off-season knee problem followed by a broken collarbone in the VFL late in the year. St Kilda delisted him at the end of the 2026 season. The 184cm onballer has played 83 AFL games and kicked 24 goals.
