North Melbourne recruited Griffin from the Sandringham Dragons in the 2026 mid-season rookie draft. A 184cm utility, he is noted for his endurance, strength and willingness to compete in the air and at ground level at either end. He wears the No.42 guernsey and is yet to play a senior AFL game.
