Darling crossed from West Coast in the 2024 trade period carrying 298 games and 532 goals as an Eagle, among them the 2018 premiership. He topped West Coast's goalkicking four times and earned All-Australian selection in 2019 on the back of a 59-goal season. His 300th AFL match came in Round 2, 2025, in North Melbourne colours. He has played 342 AFL games and kicked 592 goals.
