Berry took the long road to an AFL list — 4 seasons of college basketball at the University of North Florida, after starting out at Fairleigh Dickinson in New Jersey, qualified him as a Category B rookie. Football lineage runs in the family: his brother Jordan spent years punting for Pittsburgh and Minnesota in the NFL. The 23-year-old wears the No.38 guernsey. He is yet to play a senior AFL game.
