Gulbin earned an AFL debut against Port Adelaide in round 24 of 2025 on the back of 15 VFL matches, laying five tackles from nine touches on the day. The Suns Academy graduate had kicked four majors from 23 possessions against the Northern Bullants and three more against Greater Western Sydney to force the selectors' hand. He has played 12 AFL games and kicked 5 goals.
