Recruited from Southport in the supplemental selection period, Jepson averaged 21.2 disposals at 80.5 per cent efficiency across 16 VFL matches in 2025 and finished runner-up in the Gold Coast Suns' VFL best and fairest. He also played in the VFL representative side's drought-breaking win over the SANFL, and debuted on his favoured wing against Adelaide in round 19. He has played 6 AFL games.
