Holmes won his second straight Carji Greeves Medal in 2025, a season in which he led the competition for inside 50s and finished second for metres gained. The 190cm midfielder made the All-Australian squad for a second time and took the Geelong Cats' Best Young Player award back in 2021. He has played 121 AFL games and kicked 53 goals.
