Adelaide traded up during the 2023 national draft to get Curtin, surrendering picks 11 and 15 and a future second-rounder to Greater Western Sydney for picks 8 and 17, then using the first of them on the 197cm left-footer. He was Western Australia's MVP at the under-18 championships and an under-18 All-Australian, and had already played finals for Claremont. He debuted in Round 8, 2024 against Port Adelaide. He has played 49 games and kicked 17 goals.
