A 196cm key defender taken at pick 38 in the 2024 draft, and a lifelong Carlton supporter. O'Farrell debuted in Round 11, 2025 against GWS and had his first win eight weeks later against Melbourne, before a ruptured ACL against Fremantle cut his run short. He has played 6 AFL games.
